Explains how StayRadar.ai handles personal data, hotel search signals, AI analysis, membership, payment, advertising, and security technologies.

Last updated: July 2, 2026Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the StayRadar.ai website, PWA experience, member areas, hotel search and trust-score analysis, contact forms, advertising placements, payment flows, mobile API preparation, and support/operations processes.

StayRadar.ai is not a hotel booking provider, official rating authority, or official product of any third-party review platform. Hotel details, review signals, prices, availability, and booking terms may change over time.

This policy is designed to explain, in clear language, which categories of data may be processed and why when you use the service.

2. Data we process

We may process hotel search queries, selected hotel details, search language, analysis status, technical logs, IP-based security and rate-limit signals, device/browser data, cookie preferences, PWA installation signals, and basic product events.

For membership or support flows, we may process email, name, session data, account status, plan entitlements, favorite hotels, past analysis requests, and contact messages.

When payment or plan-request flows are enabled, we may process payment provider, transaction status, subscription/plan references, webhook events, and limited payment metadata needed for accounting and operations. Payment card details are not stored by StayRadar.ai.

3. AI analysis and hotel trust score

StayRadar.ai may use AI-assisted workflows to summarize hotel review signals, generate trust scores, classify risk and positive-evidence topics, and create FAQs or explanatory content.

During analysis, review samples from public and/or permitted sources, source information, analysis output, score version, data confidence, and quality/error signals may be stored for operational audit and quality review.

AI output is not booking advice, a guarantee, an official certification, or a legal assessment. Users should verify current price, availability, cancellation terms, room type, and hotel policies with the relevant provider before booking.

4. Cookies, advertising, and analytics

Essential cookies may support sessions, security, language/cookie preferences, PWA features, usage limits, temporary analysis access, and core service continuity.

Analytics, advertising, and marketing technologies are enabled based on user preference and required consent. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Google Ads/AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or similar tools run only when configured and where the required conditions are met.

Third-party technologies such as Google Maps/Places, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare security services, email providers, object storage services, and payment providers may process limited data to provide their respective services.

5. Sharing data

Data may be shared with technology providers for hosting, databases, security, CDN, bot protection, email, payment, analytics, advertising, error monitoring, media storage, and operational maintenance.

When payments are enabled, card details are not stored by StayRadar.ai; payment processing is handled through the secure infrastructure of the payment provider. StayRadar.ai may store transaction result, plan status, and required reference records.

Where required by law, security investigation, abuse prevention, or valid authority request, necessary data may be disclosed in accordance with applicable rules.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage accounts and plans, maintain security, meet legal obligations, handle disputes, debug errors, control costs, and improve the product.

Analysis evidence snapshots and system logs may be kept with restricted access for operational audit, quality control, and abuse investigation. Records that are no longer needed or have expired may be removed through cleanup policies.

We use access controls, signed sessions, rate limits, CSP, security telemetry, logging, media security checks, and backup processes to reduce unauthorized access risks.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, data portability, and withdraw consent.

You can manage cookie and marketing preferences through the preference panel. For account, payment, or data requests, you can contact us through the contact page.

For identity-sensitive requests, we may ask for additional verification. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or dispute-management reasons.

This page is for general information. Before launch, company details, controller/contact information, and jurisdiction-specific legal requirements should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel.
